Hanoi, Vietnam was the meeting point for the evaluation meeting of the 6 partner countries of the consortium of EUROASIA: volunteering Assistance program . From 11-15 February representatives from Slovakia, France, Macedonia, Czech Republic, Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand gathered to discuss about the experience of the volunteers and the participants involved in the project activities, the challenges, needs of the partners and volunteer and the overall impact of the project.
Sharing the feedback from the volunteers and their experience, final impressions from the whole project, the needs of the sending and hosting organizations were few of the topics of discussion.
The participants reflected on the previous activities within the project and shared valuable suggestions what can be improved, how to overcome challenges for both sending and hosting organization in order to provide best experience for the volunteers.
The partners also discussed about the dissemination phase that should happen during this spring and the follow up project.
