Youth exchange Europe

Youth exchange is a unique opportunity for you to explore other cultures together with your nationals. If you ever wondered what expects you in South-East Asia, this is a great opportunity for you to get to know better their culture, hosting organisations and role of volunteer in them.

The youth exchange will take place in Slovakia, Dolný Kubín from 18. to 25. October. Exact arrival and departure dates will be confirmed in September (due to Covid-19).

Program

7 days long youth exchange will focus on following topics:

  • volunteer and his/her role
  • volunteering values
  • self-development and self-tracking techniques
  • how to solve the problems in your own community
  • application process for European Solidarity Corps
  • hosting organisations in Asia
  • cultural exchange among European participants

Participants

This youth exchange aims at preparing the potential volunteers for volunteering mobility in Asia. A participant of this exchange should be a young person willing to get to know other nations and cultures and aiming to travel on volunteering mobility within this project. 

We will choose 4 young people per each country and 1 group leader. People from these countries can participate:

  • Slovakia
  • Czech Republic
  • Italy
  • France
  • North Macedonia
